So I bought this blouse on sale in Vegas at the DVF boutique.

I have yet to wear it. I thought about putting my black tuxedo blazer over the top, but that would hide the fun pink cuffs.
Ideas, suggestions? Or did I buy a dud?

Love it! Roll the sleeves of the blazer up once and roll the blouse on the outside. That would expose the pink cuffs. You can also wear it on its own (it's fab as is!) or put a vest over it.

At the risk of sounding like your granny (& I could be) do you have any warm under-garments like thermals? Then you could wear a sleeveless topper.

A vest of sorts is a great idea as Amy suggests. Otherwise, realistically this is a Seattle Summer blouse that should be worn on its own sans a topper. Your choices of bottom are endless.

I love it with the leather skinnies pictured on net-a-porter. I'd wear this when it's a bit warmer so you don't have to bother with a topper, just wear as is.

Love this blouse Anna!

I would probably just wear it tucked into slim trousers, or maybe loose over skinny jeans. Simple, but I think it would look nice.
