So exciting to see your style gel this way. You wear that midi like nobody's business. Agree that the sandals are very fab, and the tops are lovely. The Wyatt and bird print tops are stunning, stunning, stunning!

You just look fabulous! I do hope VC keeps coming out with such nice, stylish things as I am liking a lot of the line now. That skirt is perfect with all the tops you tried - and I would bet you could pop on one of your new jackets and really feel great.
Love the shoes - VERY cool indeed.

Great style direction, Nancylee! Love the breeziness of all those tops (especially that first Wyatt) with the streamlined silhouette and stretch of the skirt, and a great colour too. The sandals are positively inspired!

I am really musing on this in a serious way. You are inspiring me, big time, Nancy.

I think I'm going to order one of those skirts. I'm going to order in regular size rather than petite I think and have it taken up. Because there's only black in petite and I really want the blue.

Do you think I would be x-small? Waist is 25, hips about 34.

How does it look with a shorter top or jacket? Is it (potentially) wearable that way, or only doable with a long top covering?

Love #1 and 5 especially. Your new midi looks great with everything here - effortlessly! The sandals are gorgeous too.

Very nice! The skirt looks great, and you may remember that I so totally love that sleeveless blouse in #1. Sandals are fab.

Mega-cool shoes in action! They are just stunning on your foot. They are just the right amount of edge and they make every outfit appear so effortlessly glamorous. If I didn't have my nude soffts from last summer, these would be on their way home with me right this minute.

Thanks, everyone! I have officially moved onto Team Midi.

Christieanne, I'm really loving VC, too, and to think I hadn't even heard of him a year ago (thanks, YLF). Looking forward to the fall offerings.

Suz, I'm so proud to be your inspiration! I haven't tried the skirt with jackets or shorter tops yet, but I think both would work. The skirt is just so flattering it seems everything looks good with it. The only tops that didn't seem to work were my structured button blouses; they just looked too stiff against the fluid jersey fabric.

You would definitely be an XS in this skirt. The S fit me perfectly and my waist and hips are about 2 inches bigger than yours.

Love the midi, love the sandals! You look elegant and cutting edge at the same time. Beautiful!

Thanks for the info on the sandals, Nancy. 3.5" heel is a bit high for me, but I'll think about it. They were gorgeous on you!

Mochi, don't be scared off by the heel height. I NEVER wear anything higher than 2 1/2 or 3" but these are incredibly comfortable...they don't feel that high at all. Seriously, I never wear super-high heels. It's just one more reason why these are such awesome sandals.

I think a long, loose untucked top is the perfect pairing with that skirt! I love the outfits you put together, too. Fab, fab sandals!
