Here is what I got/wore with Angie:
Ali Ro tunic/dress + mint green low heel pumps (these are not going to be 8 hour shoes but they will be great for work).

Blush tunic. It's a size XL so I think it was actually from the kid's department. The top half is unfortunate for my big bust, but I loved the skirt part of it. I tried using a necklace to make a V but I think it will just have to be layered.

What I wore to the Russian Tea Room--
Angie brought one of her belts for me. It works here because it is the same color as the dress and it is adjustable. Also dresses are just easier to belt for me than separates. It's purely decorative here, not meant to cinch my waist. The dress is already fitted. I think it is too thin to use as a cinch belt.
I tried on a stretch belt at H&M that will probably be better for skirts or jeans/pants and will do a better job at cinching. I also have a skinny yellow belt but I need to figure out how to wear it and if it will be comfy. I'm not 100% sold yet, but I'm a lot more open. I'm going to try the sale section at Urban Outfitters soon to find a good stretch belt. Yes, I am wearing the BC booties and my feet were killing me by the end of the day, but that was because I didn't have any socks to wear with them! One of them bit into my ankle a bit. Do those of you that own them wear socks? What kind do you wear? I'm having trouble envisioning anything short enough! But once I get some good socks, they will be terrific. We walked and shopped a LOT. They are 6 hour shoes now but will definitely make it to 8 with socks.
