Any recommendations for structured culottes? Angie posted an article about culottes in October, and some of the examples were stunning, but sadly out of my price range. I saw these ones by See by Chloe and really like them, but at that price, they would need to count as an investment garment. Even if culottes are fringe or a fad, I'd really like to get a pair because they are utterly practical--like a skirt, but way more bike friendly.
