Striped midi: my version.

I love Angie's outfit. Today I was able to volunteer my husband to take my picture so here it goes.
I think next time I will go with my pony Okalas instead of the VC shoes.
I am wearing a plain white top with a lace navy moto over it.
The perspective is a bit off but I am happy that I could get a volunteer photographer today.
Any other ideas?

Do I remember correctly that you're in the mid-Atlantic? Your neighborhood looks very much like one I used to spend a lot of time in. I don't mean to pry if you don't want to share your location. Just admiring the view in addition to your outfit!

Wow, is that the same skirt? Looks very close if not. I like lace and stripes as an alternative for cheetah and stripes

I thought the shoes were wrong because they seemed leg shortening to me but I am glad that you all thought they were fine.

I also thought of repeating the pattern with the booties but when I saw the pictures I thought they shortened my legs but maybe it's just the perspective in the picture.
@Janet & Jjsloane, I am in the Northeast. I suppose suburbs look similar along the East coast.

Fab outfit on you! I like it from head to toe. I really love the shoes with the outfit--I like the way the slats echo the stripes of the skirt, and the shoes have a touch of the toughness in the moto style of the lace jacket. And to me, the heel keeps them flattering with the midi length, too.
