The Main Street of the town I live in is once again being used for filming. For 6 weeks (!) a couple of shops have suspended business and are cleared out for interiors filming - my favourite thrift shop is one of them. Several other shops have had their windows dressed, but are still open for business. The real estate office has become a music store, a law office is a fishing supplies store, and a kitchen and bath renovation business is a woman’s boutique. Either the signage will be replaced, or modified post production I imagine.
