Wanted to share the terrific luck I had with these Lands End Mid Rise Slim Leg crops. http://www.landsend.com/produc.....262?sku_0=::89M
For me, they look much better than the LE photo which makes them look like typical Mom capris, but I bought them to fit slim and that fit means that they flare out just a tiny bit at the hem, even though they are not flares. I often wear a 2P but went with the regular 2 here and it was the perfect length -- just grazing the top of my ankle boots. And yeah, they are on sale. Don't know that I've spent a better $20 in a long time.
Contemplating getting a second pair, even though I don't need them . . .

Edited to add: I hate that I used the term "mom" as a pejorative above. I am a mom. There's nothing inherently frumpy or unsophisticated about that. Anyone have a better word to suggest to get at the point I wanted to make?
