Today (Saturday) DH, Master 8 and I went to a regional town an hour away to meet up with the some friends. It's a quaint town, lots of history, antique stores, great cafes and specialty stores.
I wasn't planning to shop but came home with new shoes # 1. Gorgeous Italian patent leather flats seriously discounted. The pattern is made up of handbags! And #2 is a pair of sterling silver earrings I found in an antique store. They are not antique but handmade. I thought they were lovely.
Looking forward to posting the shoes as part of an outfit.
The shoes are the type that pre YLF I would see and think were great but wouldn't buy because the were not "plain" enough. I'm stepping out... what do you think?
