Happy New Year all!
Well - I've already whinged enough about my shoe and boot issues, so I'm happy to report I've started the year with a win on this score. I wanted polished, lower-heeled black booties for my "black months" (typically January through April I favour black as my base dark neutral). In my research I came upon this pair from Sam Edelman that I really liked the look of. The price was right and they are really comfortable. I'm so glad and am confident they are going to be workhorses!
I'm tempted to by the brown suede ones too, since my Naturalizer brown booties have been rather a fail - but I'm not sure how I feel about the wastefulness of this. The Naturalizers are fine and I can live with them ... but I have so many problems finding boots I'm happy with that I'm going to give it some thought.
Meanwhile, I'll take the W! Has anyone else chalked up an early win, shopping or otherwise?
