I'm supposed to be able to order (as an Influencer) beginning today, but after midnight and even now (4:40 a.m.), I keep getting a message that I can begin ordering on the 10th. Well, it IS the 10th!!! Meanwhile, an item that came back in stock went out of stock again. Chat function isn't working (continuously circling).

THE DATES THEY GIVE START AT 6;30 A.M. PACIFIC TIME, not midnight as they did in the past. I waited and talked to a Customer Service person who agreed that the web site should mention that. Their phone lines are blowing up. Now, back to bed.

Same, Donna. I was surprised just now to see that I can’t order yet - I get access when you do...I’m going to do what I do every NAS and stalk out of stock items, fingers crossed!

Influencer is just the name of one of the levels of perks you get, depending on how much you’ve spent with them in the previous year - one of the perks is shopping the sale earlier.

I'm surprised by how long "insiders" have to wait this year. Am I remembering this wrong? I don't remember this long a lag time before being allowed to shop in past years. Several things I wanted have sold out already. I know they may come back in with returns, but I don't remember this from past years.

“Influencer” here. I was up I was up at 5 a.m. EST (couldn’t sleep) so decided to place my order for the EF crepe pants, the only thing I know I really want from NAS. But I could not move it from my wishlist to my bag. I opened an online chat and was told that I couldn’t place my order until 6:30 PST, so 9:30 here. Very strange change.

Donna, there seem to be problems with the site. Hopefully things are sorted soon.

Peri, early access is a LOT more spread out this year. Usually it's a week. This time it's two because of COVID-19 measures in place.

It's a very stressful, unprecedented and surreal time. Everything is slower, less efficient, more tedious, and people are trying to cope with new normals. These hitches are very annoying, but understandable.

I am so-o-o disappointed that my Nordie lingerie wash sold out as soon as the top level could order. It's not like there will be any returns on it.

I will keep checking back on it as well as all the other items that sold out (mostly sneakers and exercise gear) before I could order. I also placed an order for DD, but if *her* Adidas come back during the public sale, she will have to order them on her own. BTW, she wanted those brocade shorts that Angie highlighted, so I will post a review after she gets them.

I'm with you on the lingerie wash! I can't believe that sold out so fast. I'm hoping we'll see some pop backs. I'm sure it's hard to manage if they're quarantining items.

That's disappointing about the change in time--and no announcement of it. I didn't get the lingerie wash, either. I ended up buying some at the Container Store today, instead, when I went there to exchange an online purchase. It's not unscented, so we'll see how I like it. I figure it can't be that bad, can it?? LOL

Angie; I buy the purple, but it also comes in pink and clear (unscented).

I ordered a few things in multiple sizes (and one pair of sneakers I accidentally ordered twice!) so I know I'll be making returns which I do in-store. At that time, I'll check to see if maybe the wash is in the lingerie department and will buy whatever type they have.
