You need to wear a cami under it, but it drapes beautifully to hide tummy and is good length for skinnies:

The three above are all necklines I typically don't wear, because of the "uniboob" effect, but these sweaters drape so nicely I don't get that. I was needing something with a modest neckline suitable for work, so I'm very happy!
This one is great too, though shorter, so you may or may not like it with skinnies -- I like it best with dress slacks, boot cuts, straight legs, relaxed skinnies or boyfriends:
