A Helmut Lang jacket has been on my wish list forever. This one was at a 70% discount and I could't leave it behind. I just love the cropped back, the sharp shoulders (reminds me of the 80's) and the front drape.

The dress has a drawstring that can be tied in front or back. The back of
the dress is kind of layered which is visually interesting (doesn't show in the pictures). I don't
usually buy items with animal print, but I found this dress fun and
super comfy, so I made an exception .

The dress doesn't do much for my figure (a sack is a sack...), but I love the light and breezy feel and I can wear it with tights and a topper now and as is in summer or at the beach (though, no beach weather up in the north... hahaha).
For work I add a belt and at home it's like lounge wear.The owner of the store is a friend of mine and gave me a nice discount.

I've been looking for a cropped denim topper since last summer, but it is really hard to find. I am petite and have a short back so finding a garment that looks cropped on me is reallyt hard. Last year, Suz and some others recommended going to the childrens department. It worked out really well Now I have a casual cropped topper for summer dresses
