Well, my original plan was to wear this new Target skirt as I styled it in pic #2 -- with my tortoiseshell pumps and preppy, but slouchy gap v-neck. Angie's post from yesterday made me feel a little braver. I tried the boots and jacket in my room and took this pic (sorry about the hair, I fixed it), but I planned to change again before going to teach. I wasn't sure my workplace was ready for boots with bare legs and a bodacious striped skirt. At the last minute, I just decided I needed to be myself more than I needed to fit the environmental norm, so I went for it.
Not my best pictures, but I'd appreciate your feedback.
Questions:
1. Did I effectively debombshell the skirt?
2. This jacket is a little longer than most YLFers prefer. I actually like this length on me, it looks less boxy I think on a busty figure. Thoughts?
3. Not my typical look --- do I seem like I'm wearing someone else's clothes?
