Spring 2016 Look

I'm still in Washington DC where spring has certainly arrived. It is 60F outside now so this is my spring look for today. A simple grey sweater dress, dark tights and a pair of fleece lined suede boots. Do you think I pulled of an American spring look?

I'm European and still adapting to the style over here.

You look fab! To me this is a Latina American look. The great neutralizing American look is boxy...

ETA: that's not great as in good (necessarily)...more like the giant pulverizing sense of the word... Lol.

Gorgeous, amazing look. I wish I looked half as chic in my clothing as you do! And the sweater dress is sufficiently light in color to speak "spring" to me, but it also looks so luxe and cozy.I am finding the dark hose + dark over the knee boots less springlike. If you had grey or taupe booties, maybe? It's chilly so you do want a layer on your legs and the dark sheer hose works for that.

If it were a bit warmer and the look could be casual, I'm totally seeing this with bare legs and white Adidas. You could pull that off beautifully : )

I don't see the point of adapting to an American look. In general, our look sucks.

I love your outfit, though I think it looks more winter-y than spring-y.
