I think I did too good a job this year prepping for warmer weather, because I hardly haven't needed to shop in a month or two. Hasn't stopped me browsing, though.
I've been looking for a pair of flowy floral pants and picked these up from Dress Barn. Plan to wear them on the weekends with a plain knit top and flat sandals. There are a lot of early-90s influences trending right now, which alternately make me wince and laugh. The straight-forwardly sweet floral prints are nice to have back, though - for so long everything was only one or two colors or big in scale.
Speaking of Dress Barn, I think they've been killing it recently - there are still some cheap-looking fabrics, but if you choose wisely you can get some really great stuff at a fab price. And their new(ish?) Dress Bar is awesome - worth checking out if you need a dress for a graduation, wedding, etc. that you're going to this summer. My local store is one of the ones that carries misses and plus, which is great for me because I can get tops from the misses' side and bottoms from the plus. (They also have petites.)
I looked at Kohl's the other day for the Milly collection, but there wasn't much left in-store. Capri (the island, not the pants length) was the theme so everything was very Roman Holiday meets Zooey Deschanel. Lane Bryant had a collab with Lela Rose recently - not much left online but I wish I'd snagged one of the tops when it was available in my size, because the colors are lovely: http://www.lanebryant.com/desi...../index.cat
