Just saw these ponte schoolboy blazers online at gap.com. I have three colors from the last line up (bright theme) and love them. Think the burgundy is perfect for Fall!

Oh-h-h. I've never tried Gap blazers, and I'm such a sucker for machine washable stuff. . .I was in the market for a gray one until I decided that the VC red one at the NAS would fill the same hole. . .but maybe not.

Thanks for posting this! I've seen the white tipped ones and wasn't really drawn to the strong contrast. That vamp red definitely flips my switch!

I've had a similar one in white and navy for a year I feel so fashion forward!

FYI - also spotted one from Land's End. Guess it's a trend. Not ponte though - more of a heavy stretch fabric but felt kind of rough. Camel with black ticking/Nay on navy and gray with navy.

Lands End has most of their denim priced at $20 in Sears stores - the skinny jean is decent if it fits you!

Yes, I just tried this on in the store last Friday. I was impressed by the quality - very, very nice, well made, great fit (true to size). I rushed back to the office to order online (I had an online only 30% off coupon, plus I needed the petite size for the sleeve length which they do not carry in my local store). They only had the navy in the store, but I ordered the bright pink one and really considered the dark red one as well.

I will have to go try these on! Hopefully they will not be too long (curse of the short waist!). Does anyone happen to have a length measurement?

I don't have an exact measurement, but I would estimate that the size 4 regular was around 21" long. It hit right at my hipbone, and I am 5'1. Definitely a more cropped length than your average blazer. If too long blazers are a problem for you, these may work out well.
Sadly, the vamp red is now sold out in most sizes online.
