Slim fit jeans that stay up, do not sag, that fit perfectly at the waist, hip, thigh and backside. Not too clingy, not too loose, of the perfect shade of blue denim.

The perfect fluid fit cream or ivory winter sweater, flattering, to cosy up with jeans or wear with classic ink blue tailored trousers. Did not find one all winter here!

A black leather jacket in a moto style that isn't overly moto (not much metal, quilting or any other adornment). At a price I can afford would be lovely, too.

Funny, I was going to write the exact same thing as Ingunn! I have been looking for a black moto that isn't too done-up, either by way of hardware or by way of frilly decoration. Something simple.

I would also kill to have a merino wool fit-and-flare sweater dress. I found a nice one at Sahalie last year, but the fit was odd, so back it went.

Another request for a wrap dress that I can wear without a cami!

Oh, adding long jackets proportioned for short gals.

deb - I also love cowl-necks, although it's harder to find them in light fabrications. Now they are selling those wide circular collar/ruff scarfs in fuzzy materials that are are basically a cowl neck minus the sweater part. I might have to get one of those to help scratch the itch.

Great question! And a huge "Amen" to everything Sveta listed! Why, oh why do designers not get that your length and your width can be mutually exclusive? My wish list: Pants that are long without being wide, shirts/jackets/coats (and sleeve lengths!) that are long without being wide, and larger boot sizes that aren't correspondingly wide in the calf circumference. Argh. It's no wonder I get so frustrated shopping! Men's sizing makes sooooo much more sense, I often think.

Narrow-leg or skinny pants in wide-calf sizes.

Janet and Una: I ordered those Massimo Dutti flannel pants and will report back. They only had my size left, so maybe they're great? Who knows. I'm a little worried about the back view because of the elastic waist. I've reached that point in life where I'm losing my rear (which was small to begin with), and I think baggy pants make me look even flatter. Ultimately, I may have to stick with skinnies or bootcuts with a tight booty; they are the only things that give me shape in the trunk. Even barre workouts with all the squats aren't helping. Frankly, right now I'd happily accept 7 pounds right on my butt.

Anyway, I ramble.

I'll post pics unless they are horrible.

A non-corporate pants suit in my blue - been a HEWI for ever.
Non-see through, natural fiber tops are always on my list too - I really don't want to wear a cami when it's 100F.

Una - I'm with you on the slouchy trousers in winter fabrics. I'm also intrigued by the flannel ones viva posted. Sveta - your Express cig pants solution is brilliant! I'll have to remember that when it's time for me to get back into regular pants. I've yet to find a great cig pant and that may be the answer for me also.

Elly - Thank you! Heading to the Gap!

A-line dresses, fitted at the shoulders, widening to the hem, with sleeves; shapely jackets for short-waisted petites; a trench coat with sleeves that don't need shortening; narrow, lined woolen trousers; taupe boots, dressy but not high-heeled; wireless cotton jersey bras; a bathing suit draped like a shortened Grecian tunic (this exists in my head in silky Mediterranean blue, comfortable and graceful . . . )

Gigi, the Norwegian designer Mette Møller has merino fit and flare dresses, PM me if you'd like assistance with anything. http://www.mettemoller.no/Products.ashx

A camel colored toggle coat like Burberry but affordable!

White boyfriends .... In my neck of woods!

White non transparent boot cut trousers.

I think I need the same pair of boots as Kristin SF. And a pair in cognac too. (I've looked at Duo too, and I always wonder why they don't let you customize shaft height as well as width.)

I'll also take wrap dresses that don't need a cami. And one of Gigi's merino fit and flare sweater dresses.

Would also love a pair of pajama jeans in a darker, non-ripped style without the elastic cuffs. And a stylish, not aggressively sensible-looking, petite winter coat that's roomy enough to fit bulky sweaters under but is fitted enough at the waist not to just look big and shapeless. And maybe some burgundy heeled booties that work with both dresses and pants.

Down or puffer coat in pewter or anthracite- not packable, no belt or real fur, lace up black tall boots- not refined,

Men's sizing used for women's pants. I was so jealous of DH recently when we went jeans shopping for him. He just scanned the waist and hip measurements in his length and voila! perfect fitting jeans. If he had to go through what I do to find pants that fit well, he would probably start wearing skirts!

Deb & Rabbit:
This is a cowl neck shirt that I love:

Very gentle cowl, not too exaggerated. I got it in navy last year and I would definitely duplicate if I like this year's colors better. Oh well, more wears for the navy one.

Nothing specific, but I would very much appreciate a wider selection of petite sizes, especially for things that have to fit across the shoulders and/or are tailored at the waist.

Fern, thank you for the suggestion but I cannot wear wool. It is a lovely looking top, though.

Grey boots! These seem to be particularly elusive in my cost range (<$100). I want a heeled dressy pair (but not too high) to wear to work and a flat calf-high more RATE pair to wear with skinny jeans on the weekends.

Fern, thanks for the tip, that is a nice looking shape.

Sara, you and me both! I have been plumbing the depths of Amazon, and with Prime I'm going to try a couple on. I've found some possibilities on Amazon that are less expensive on 6 pm, so if the Amazon pair fits, I might just return it and order there, because 6 pm doesn't have free return shipping. I wish there were more places I could just go and try on a large selection and then stalk them online, but true gray leather boots (particularly in lighter colors) are fairly scarce everywhere in our price range, there isn't a one stop B&M shop I've found.

Long blazers in all seasons weight in black, gray cream and combos of the above and lined!! Shift and tunic dresses in black and gray oh and for danskin to make their classic leggings in the original fabric again!! Same with gap, can we have our underwear back? Please?

A leather Moto jacket in dark navy- there aren't many B&M stores in Oz that have up to date leather styles.
Caro- have you tried Trenery for your non-see through tops? Just found one in off-white linen blend that doesn't require a cami- Yay

A knee length super warm and perfectly fitting wool coat in a flattering color that's in the budget. Stylish, truly waterproof and comfortable winter boots/booties that work with skirts and pants.

Well fitting trousers that don't gape at the waistband and don't look like they pull up on the sides, and are long enough for my 5'8" all legs frame. A side zip with no back pockets would be nirvana.

I am desperate for dark jeans in a straight leg that accommodate my 43" hips and 28" waist. My two-back-darts approach to modifications turns out to rub when I wear a backpack (every day at school) and I can't get to a tailor here on my bike.
I am also very seriously on the hunt for the perfect green plaid flannel shirt.

Petite inseam white pants that don't show the outline of the pockets through the material.
