My first experience buying clothes on-line. I'm not sure I see the appeal.

JG- Sorry about how that went.

Don't give up on ordering online based solely on Spiegel though. In my experience they are unique in terms of how long shipping takes and the inability to conveniently access customer service in a timely manner. They should take a page out of Nordstrom's and Zappos (and many other) books.

Funny replay. Sad story.

This is not the usual for online, though. Truly, it's a lot better as a rule. But if I had brick and mortar options I wouldn't rely on it so much.

Thanks all for the encouragement. I haven't bought clothes online before because no need or desire.I used to live in a city with a huge dept store clearance center. Amazing prices! I assembled a great wardrobe and still have more clothes than I should. I try to SYC. When I need an updated look I go back home to shop! (Also, I sold used books - from thrift stores- online for several years. It was fun finding real gems and sending them to good homes.)
