....I got one today! Don't you just love it when something awesome just falls into your lap? I was in a changing room trying on some tops (because, grr, I have so few) and I asked the sales assistant if she could toss a skirt over the door to try with them, since I was wearing a dress today so didn't have my own bottoms. I'll be darned if the skirt gave me wasn't absolutely perfect! It's a sort of charcoal tweed pencil skirt that fits like it was made for me. And on sale, too, since it's definitely fall/winter wear. The waist comes up really high, but I'm pretty sure I read on Angie's thread that high waisted skirts help make you look taller. (It shrinks my torso to practically nothing, but who cares? It makes me look like an aristocrat from a BBC murder mystery mini-series).

Sadly, I failed on getting any tops.
