Ok, all of you just stop it right now!! (tongue-in-cheek) I just can't live without the blue Danier jacket that I asked Suz to look up for me, even though I didn't even know it existed a little while ago. I've sent an email asking about fit, even though, er, I don't need it.

I was supposed to be taking a break from the endless package delivery cycle...

I think it is an affliction - Danieritis - and it is highly contagious! I can feel the start of the epidemic...

Symptoms begin with frequent Danier website browsing resulting in sweaty palms and rapid breathing, then comes the calling of the local store to determine in stock availability of website items, followed by mad lunch hour dashes to said local store. The true affliction has hit when you're smelling the various leather products, rubbing everything for tactile pleasure and trying to decide between two colours and end up getting both.

Sadly, there is no known treatment

I could hardly bear to part with the jacket I took for alterations. It was awful!!

Shannon, the only treatment is to vaccinate yourself with as many beautiful leather goodies as possible and hope this will do the trick...on the other hand it may go from the acute form into a chronic one...

And I don't even like patent leather or red, usually!

This Danier is a dangerous beast!

(And while we're talking addictive introductions, I'm blaming my recent Clarks obsession squarely on Shannon --- a lot of people spoke for their comfort and quality, but you really *showed* me the goods. And now I have three in the space of a year, shoes at a price point I'd never have looked at twice before --- and I love it! Just wanted to say THANK YOU!)

Manidipa - you're very welcome - lol! I have a few pairs of Clarks and they are always the shoes I turn to when comfort is absolutely essential. And the quality is WAY up there - I have had my black heeled pair now for about 5 years and they still look and feel amazing. So glad they're working out for you!
