A few weeks ago someone posted asking about closet systems. I think it spurred me to FINALLY get mine done! I had just an empty shell, about 104" wide by 26 deep, reach in. The previous house owners had put a tv cabinet in the space, so I was making do with a rickety thing from Target to hang stuff on.

With the inspiration form YLF, I called California Closets, who came over and measured, showed me some possibilities, and I ordered the installation right then. I knew I would dither forever otherwise, as I had already had other closet companies come to bid over the 4 years we have been here "blushes"

Actually, they had the best idea for my particular needs, and I got more shoe space instead of drawers. I do have a dresser after all! I spent an entire weekend painting the interior a bright white, and they came and installed. I am so beyond happy with my new closet! I have been able to hang much more than I expected, even out if season stuff.

Photo 1, 2&3 new system with long hanging and shelves in deep reaching part on left; double hanging deep on right.

Photo 4 with my clothes. There's a valet bar as well. Can you tell I like bright colors? :). Top row of shoes us mostly to enjoy looking at, as heels are impossible since spine surgery last June.

I can't say enough how pumped I am to be organized and have a beautiful closet!
