... well okay, maybe we weren't. But we can!

Check out what I found. Aren't these spectacular? By France-Mode. I can't find a single link online to them, not even on the company website, which is rather weird.

Replacing a very old pair of black boots with this heel height is on the VERY SHORT list of things I'm allowed to buy myself this fall... I was thinking I'd get plain ones, but I think these ones will be just as versatile, and waaaaay cooler.

I love them! I think I saw that brand at Chaussures Leclerc in Quebec City a couple years ago, but never since then.

Those are pretty amazing! I'm shopping for low-heel booties myself; and yes, I think they'd be pretty versatile. And WAY cool.

Lisa, they are French. A local boutique shoe store here sells them, and has for years. My navy blue booties are by them, from a couple of years ago. I love them, they seem to work for my feet.

The black ones I got are the style "Zole", which doesn't seem to exist! I did find them in a black/red combo when searching for a photo, but not the black/silver that I got. Very strange.

Those are amazing, and they are PERFECT for your style. I can't wait to see them featured in outfits. I'm also really curious about the brand now. I wonder who sells it around here (if anyone).

I love that they could skew "statement" or "cool essential" in different outfits.
