San: as Debbie has already confirmed: S&K coats are very fitted (in the arms, front and back - that's what makes and breaks the look, especially for the Yan-T in particular I think) and although, according to the size chart on their website, I was in between a small and a medium (that's definitely not true for all brands, I tend to wear a medium more often), I decided to go with the large because I really wanted the extra room for thick Winter sweaters etc.

(By the way: although Nordstrom and a few other online stores do sell a number of S&K items, I couldn't find the Yan-T on any other site, so finding it at a discounted price might be hard).
