Hi Barbara Diane,
To move an item to a different category (when you first collect an item it's automatically assigned to "Considering") you just click on the little "i" (bottom left) of the item card. This opens the card, where you will see the word "Considering" in a pink band. Click on the arrow pointing to the right to switch back and forth between the different categories to move the item around.
There currently isn't a separate category for inspiring. I keep everything in Considering, but - just thinking out loud here - perhaps you could use Considering for the inspiring items, and Shopping for items in your size and price range.
