A few weeks ago, I ordered a cute, cotton summer dress form the Esprit online outlet. About a week after my order, I got a shipping confirmation email, which when I read it closely said that the item was out of stock and they hadn't shipped it. Esprit shows you online which sizes are available, so their system must be much slower than their traffic. Anyway, this morning I got another email form them apologizing for the canceled order and giving me a 20% off code. I went back into the outlet store and found two other dresses to try, but it won't let me use the code- says it is not active yet.
So, if Esprit can't get their act together, they are going to loose my business. It's not worth the hassle!
