Just wanting a bit of advice re items in the sale… I will be buying online, so appreciate opinions! I do love online shopping- such a treat when a parcel arrives- and you lucky locals don't know how envious I am of the variety you have close by!
I am a 55 year old pear, with rather more of a rounded tummy than I used to have. I am a pretty standard Size 14 NZ, which equates to a 10 U.S, but I do have my hips!
I am interested in the http://shop.nordstrom.com/s/ju.....eath-dress which has good reviews,and also Angie's stamp. But will it be a poor fit on a pear? Is it quite fitting waist down?Is it too young?!
I also love the combination http://shop.nordstrom.com/o/ha.....in=cate… but is the pencil skirt straight or tapered? Straight is usually ok but tapered = yuck, yuck, yuck!
I have attached a recent photo in a reasonably fitted dress- and would appreciate any input!

If that IS the dress Rose, (the green eyelet sheath that Word Lilly posted), it's straight and not tapered on the skirt, so you should be fine with the fit on the hip area.

Rose, the patterned skirt with the mint tunic cardi in the link is straight and not tapered. The cardi is a very lightweight.

From what I can see in the pic, the dress looks lovely (GREAT lace). A head to toe photo will help us assess the dress a little more accurately with you though.
