I had a few minutes to browse but walked out with nothing. At least nothing tangible. However, there was a great quote on the chalkboard to the effect that your style is as much about what you deliberately leave behind. leave out or get rid of (hence the consignment aspect) as what you choose to buy.

That really resonated with me. Sort of like the quote about sculpture along the lines of "to sculpt a ____________, just carve away all the parts that aren't a ______________"....

What do you think? Do you reject more than you consider? I feel like my style is starting to be defined as much by what I don't wear as what I do, which is a good thing for polysartorial me!
