all are great, my favorite is the grocery outfit

JennyAnne- thanks! Yes, jackets have become my best friends. I love the way they smarten up an outfit.

and thanks Melllis too:-) (we were posting at the same time)

I love them all -- i always think your outfit posts look fab on you but what i most admire is how you mix up your neutral accessories i.e. rather than picking a black purse to go with your black boots you mix it up. Or last week you picked some...i think either grey or brown boots that when amazing with a blue top or cardi? It really stuck out to me because it was somewhat unexpected but absolutely perfect. Love! <3

Nicole- are you talking about one of these outfits? It's always interesting to see what strikes other people.

Yes! So 2 weeks ago. It was picture #8 that i was talking about.

ah, yes. I think I had chosen those boots that day because of their contrast with the black jeans and they picked up the taupe color in the scarf... and they were flat

Love your looks, Kim! You have inspired me this morning. I recently retired from teaching and I knew how to dress for that. I have been having trouble figuring out how to dress for my new life ( which I love BTW!) and you have helped. Thanks!

These are all FAB TO THE MAX!! You have totally got your style down and are rocking it HARD!! Love the grocery outfit, and #2 is just completely amazing! You have got to be the most stylish mama in town!

Thanks Susan! I'm so humbled to have inspired you I am also a retired teacher, kindof.. I retired 18 years ago when I got pregnant with #2.
Congrats and enjoy your well earned retirement!

You look fab--it's so great to see some of your WIWs! I really like them all. I can see how the awesome scarf would be a pain with the cross-body bag (I love to wear cross-body bags for shopping, errands, etc. but they seem to require a bit of planning re. scarves and necklaces!), but I do love that burst of color! The flower pin is a worthy substitute too :).

I love all these looks! You are masterful at layering and combining pops of color. If it's ok with you I want to download these pictures for inspiration when I shop. I get kind of confused and wander somewhat aimlessly in department stores.

Wow Kim. Your worst day would look like my best day! All of these are super-fine and I am amazed at what you style for the grocery store. Thanks for being an inspiration to me that it *can* be done (creating a great workable MOTG wardrobe).
