Hello! I haven't posted lately. I am going through a huge and sudden life change:

My BF took me by surprise by announcing it was over; so I must move out and find an appartment in the shortest delays; I just got the news that I won't get the summer teaching contract I had applied for - and now needed more than ever - because they gave it to the person who had replaced me last year when I had an injury; and now I just learned that there is no job for me in September at the school where I've been working full time for the past 4 years. This is all happening a few weeks before a scary milestone b-day.

I've been working very hard for the past 4-5 yrs trying to build some sort of security so I wouldn't feel bad or lost when turning 50, but now that I have reached this critical point, it just crumbled in front of me within less than a month. At the hospital the doctor assessed it as "situational crisis". (This is how it's called, guys, if it ever happens to you). Thankfully, my cousins have stepped in to support me actively. And also, I've got my health, which is still very big.

I needn't tell you that my fashion-o-meter is at an all-time low. Nevertheless I tried to take some pics, with my wigs on. I recently got those and am trying to get used to them. First, I noticed very quickly that wearing a wig will alter how one wears clothes and how they look.

1- 2 Jon Renau smartlace "Alia" wig. This cut, with the huge volume it brings, changes everything about proportions. Legs seem smaller, waist doesn't appear as long, it's very strange.

3-4 Jon Renau smartlace HD heat defiant "Haute" wig. This is a straighter cut without layers, and the synthetic hair behaves differently - it's somehow more maleable than the first.

I'm curious to see what you think.
