cinnamon fern

1-3 - Gibson riding jacket - this is a M - S was too tight in the shoulders but a closer fit at the waist, and looked better

4-6 - I have three t-shirts this color already, but I think a silk shirt is sufficiently different

7 - I'm used to wearing much more fitted tops

8-12 - posted this yesterday, sorry to post again but I am still filled with indecision - are the sleeves too long? I love it but should I try other options in this price range?

I really like the riding jacket and the red top - wow, great color for you, I can see why you are attracted to it! Not a big fan of #7 but I prefer more structure in general and I'm not in love with the print. The leather jacket is nice and I really love the color. The only part of it I'm not sure about is the neckline. I'd have to see what others say on that.

Love the riding jacket. It looks amazing on you! Is this the one with the peplum back? I can't see it in the photos. Love the tops in 4 and 7. You look great in these looser fits. So pretty! The leather jacket is stunning. The sleeves look perfect when they are zipped and a tad too long when they are not. I would think this is an indoor jacket, no? Can't you just leave them zipped?

The jacket in #1 is so cute on you! I feel you can never go wrong with a silk shirt. # 7 looks too big. I personally like the longer sleeves but if it will bug you while wearing it, then I say return it and keep looking.

Love the riding jacket (I have the older version)! Love the red top too. The second top is really fun if you'll wear it.

Did not post on the leather jacket as I'm just not sure what I think. I love the style and color, but I'd like to see it styled with a few outfits as you'd wear it.

I really like the jacket, CF! It looks fantastic! If it feels good, I would say go for it.

I also really like the red top. A silk shirt is DEFINITELY different from a T. And with a name like Cinnamon Fern, you need this. It feels spicy-cinnamony (even though brighter, I know). What is that top? (She says, greedily...)

I am lukewarm on the B/W partly due the the pattern and placement. I think I commented on the jacket yesterday, but perhaps I just looked at the thread. I really like it but would factor costs of alterations if you plan to do them into the total.

I got it for $59 but for some reason it's back to $79 today. I am actually considering returning it because it's really sheer - it would require something underneath - which annoys me.
