Here are a few outfits I planned in advance that I thought were successful. I'm sorry do not have handbags in the photos because I knew my options and just tend not to photo those.

1) My version of wide crops. These are an actual GOOD sale purchase of Lafayette 148 last winter in tropical wool. I wasn't looking for them but was browsing the sale rack at a boutique where I sometimes find things. I knew that I did not need lots of wide crops but could dress these up or down a bit and had footwear. In winter I wore them with booties where hems just covered the boot shaft. Shown with an inexpensive TJMaxx cotton utility-type jacket.

2) Massimo Dutti linen-blend blazer, Joie stand-collar blouse, navy Vince pants, loafers. Never had any MD items but this also was a TJMaxx random find --blue not my usual but medium blues work and it's a good weight for my climate and I think good fit and the fabric has a kind of darker thread in the weave which is good for my palette. Showing a closeup of fabrics and colors

3) EF silk shirt worn untucked, random Lucky dark olive cotton pants again from TJM but have worked well for both casual and summer business causual, same cotton jacket., AGL flats to dress up the pants for work.
