Socks or not with Mary Janes?

I have these Keen Mary Janes that I love, but can't decide how to wear them. Socks? No socks? Tights?

no socks unless you are 12 or under.

if your feel get sweaty, there are footie products that do not show.

Ill go against the grain... If its cold, striped smartwool socks would be adorable! Knee high stripes even with a short skirt.

I love all my Keens but I'm a wee bit of a gear girl out of necessity. I wear the Mary Janes with no show sox but I'm 50 and feel childish/granola otherwise. Those looks are absolutly adorable if that's your style but I dress for function not statement with Keens. It's a fine line with some brands.
I think they're perfect for the way you want to wear them, casual capris, skirts and Skinny/straight jeans. I Often wear the M.J. in place of cons or keds much more comfy.
