Ok so I know it's hella early to be talking about this. But can the big SoCal meet-up be moved to late September? I have a $400 flight coupon from Alaska Airlines that will expire in October.

FUN!!! I was planning to go to NYC in late September but I suspect that trip may have to be cancelled. So I am a definite "maybe!" Would SO love to see you, Anna!

Umm... I still have my ticket from last year that I must use. I am definitely in this year. As long as it is not moved to later in the year, I'm good to go. September works for me then.

I can't automatically assume I'll even be there, but at this point there's no conflict for me. I don't remember whether Oct was for a valid reason, or simply a tradition.

I would love to do that again. To me, it makes no difference whether or not it is in Oct. The only possible conflict is that if MaryK comes to NYC, I have already committed to that first.

It is starting to sound as if I just follow MaryK. Maybe I do. : )

When I saw the title of this thread, my heartrate started wildly thumping - I am already EXCITED!!!!! Just a few weeks ago when Rae and Vicki and I were together, we talked about needing to get a thread going on this, but obviously, none of us did it - so Anna, I'm glad that you started it - and I sooooo hope that you can make it!

Isabel, Zap, Aidi and Mochi - lets get the dates nailed down so you can mark it on your calendars - and I'll keep my fingers crossed that it will work out for you all.

Yes - I can do late September - I can do *anytime* - as long as I have about 6 weeks notice.

Anna, this would be fabtastic and as Marley said when we saw Rae, the So. Cal. Fashion Kitties are ready to welcome you and anyone who can make it. Shoptoberfest had nice ring to it, but September (or any month) is great here and I'm open at the moment.

July would be really tough for me. I wouldn't have enough time to build up comp time or save money for shopping. Perhaps I should hold out for next year.
