Soaring in Fly London's!!

I am super excited about these Fly London's that just came in the mail from Nordies today. Even the box is cool! They are a bit darker in real life than in the pic but I just love them. They make me feel so tall!!! They are super comfy and the ankle is narrow enough to make them somewhat sleek but have that rugged tread that gives them some edginess. (I adore rugged treads). I have not been feeling the high boots over skinnies this season so I am happy to have something that's just a little different. I will be wearing these a lot and have thoughts of adding other colors already. It is so fun to feel tall!

I love these! Fly London is a great brand. If I didn't already have several suede booties I'd seriously consider these. I can see how they will add height and remain comfortable. Fab find!

Those are great! I hope you enjoy them. I hear what you're saying about the high boots over skinnies. I got tall boot fatigue a year or so ago, and pretty much always wear ankle boots now instead. Also, the fact that I'm more into my looser, boyfriend skinnies these days -- that you can't wear tucked into tall boots -- makes me less inclined to wear them.

BTW, I bought a pair of Fly sandals last spring, and wore them a ton. Got lots of compliments, and they were extremely comfortable too. So I've had luck with the brand. Hopefully, so will you!

Fun boots! Glad to hear you are happy with them. I have been eying shoes by that brand and hoping to get a pair one of these days. I don't really need any footwear at the moment, but I'm thinking perhaps a pair of sandals next summer.

I have two pairs of fly london shoes and both were worn a lot last year. I have been wearing one pair already this year and need to pull out the second pair soon. They are extremely comfortable and well made.

I ordered mine from a UK retailer and found them to be quite a bit less expensive than ordering the identical style locally.

I've never been a huge fan of Fly (even though i own one pair myself) but I do like these. Really cool! In fact, maybe they have a lighter cognac coloured boot in their collection I could consider - not having found one yet anywhere that I like. Looking forward to seeing how you wear these!

Those are a fun change of pace from the more predominant styles in the stores -- just a touch I ruggedness, and those treads are so great this time of year. I've not tried any FL shoes yet, but it sure sounds like they're well made and a good buy.

Do the boots fit TTS? My Nordstroms doesn't carry Fly London so I would have to order without trying on.

I had ordered Fly London sandals a few months ago and found them nice quality but at least one full size too small, so any info about boot fit is appreciated!

The boots look great on you - very hip with a hint of toughness. I've been thinking about trying Fly London too since they look both stylish and comfy. I'd be interesting in hearing whether this brand is an all-day brand

Looks like there is a lot of Fly London love out there. Janet - I think you summed up why I like these so much they are just a refreshing change from everything in the stores.
Elle - I will have to let you know if these are an all day shoe but I think they have great potential and I have very fussy feet and mostly only consider Dansko, Clarks and Nike as all day shoes.
Sandy - I wear a 7 in US sizes. My feet are wide in the front and narrow in the heel. The Fly's come in European sizes. Nordies website said a 7 = 38 so I ordered the 38 and they do have a bit of extra room. I just ordered the 37 to see if it fits any better. If the 37 is too narrow in the front, I will stick to the 38 and wear heavier socks. I hope that helps.
