So today, I accidentally ordered a pair of shoes...

So I was playing around on Haute Look this morning when I saw these Kelsi Dagger leopard print loafers. I threw them in my cart and hit "order" because I didn't think it would work, totally forgetting Haute Look has my Paypal information back from when I ordered a Lucky Magazine subscription from them. Oops!

But to be fair to...myself, leopard print loafers where on my spring "buy" list and I happen to know these retail around $80-$90 so it IS a good deal. I was just planning on saving up a bit more first. >.>

All I know is my husband is going to love this story. XD

Yeah I can totally see myself wearing these to death in the spring and summer so it's ok. I just wasn't actually planning on making the purchase today. My husband may have a hard time understanding why I would be clicking the "buy" button when I wasn't fully committed on actually buying. XD

I could always use one of my cats as an excuse...."oh my honey, I didn't mean to buy these but that silly Dusty Bottom hopped up on the desk again and hit the mouse just when I was moving it...what could I do?". Sounds believable right???

The last time I accidentally bought shoes, I was pretty tipsy, and the purchase was for boots I definitley didn't need and handn't planned on and didn't fit. Thank goodness it was on Endless and returns were free!

If your hubby gives you grief, feel free to use my story to distract him.

Also, those loafers are totally cute!! I had a similar dalmatian pair from Aldo on my radar in case my white booties didn't work out.

Shannon - first off, I love your cat's name. Second, I find that a very believable story and shame on him if he doubts it.

Alicat - if only! He always notices! Early in our relationship I tried to sneak home purchases and blend them in with the rest of my closet and he always knows! Now I don't even bother. It's more like, "hey. I shopped today. I know we're both aware I have a problem." XD

Rae - hahaha! I try my hardest not to go near the computer after consuming alcohol but phones can make that difficult now. And I kind of wish I didn't know about dalmatian print loafers. Because now I want those too. @_@

Una - after buying them I typed in "leopard print loafers tumblr" into google (it's pretty much my new favorite thing to do. Use tumblr that is.) and I'm in *love* with this look: http://www.stylescrapbook.com/.....ories.html

I also ran across a DIY in how to give any coat leather sleeves but I'm *not* sure I have the sewing skills to complete it successfully... :-/

I am not sure if I have ever accidentally bought shoes but three pairs of boots somehow made it into my wardrobe when I was home sick a few weeks ago.

I think the shoes are really cute and if you were planning them anyway and they were on sale, it was a good accident.

A happy accident for sure, and you can easily blame your cat. I have 2 cats, 1 of which actually sent an instant message to my daughter's friend. He hit the letter p several times, then hit the send button. So yes, cats DO do these things! LOL

What we always say in my house is that there are no accidents! They may have snuck up on you a little bit, but it was no accident!! I'm so happy for you!

Thanks for the styling photo. I have a pair of leopard print loafers (not half so cute) that I love but I don't entirely know what to do with them.
