So I found out today that my coworker on maternity leave is not coming back till October. My other pregnant coworker is due either September or October.
Looking at the months ahead I could conceivably be on call for more than one weeknight and up to two weekends a month. Workload is already increasing on a day to day basis. I will try to get on during my lunch breaks. So if it looks I'm on, it's probably because I left the browser window open.
With current staffing issues I'm not even sure I'm going to get time off to see my father for his birthday in July.
