So I bought these moto sweatpants...Anna, Rae, Denise, AG, Ceit, and other hipsters HELP!

Now what the heck am I going to do with them? They were final sale on Piperlime so I got them for $30, which is why I gave them a go. What should I wear with them? I was thinking soft, unstructured sweater or tee, denim jacket or vest. This garment is going to be trying for me. Footwear will be my biggest problem, not that I don't have any, but because I ONLY WEAR TENNIS SHOES WITH SWEATPANTS! This is the midwest people, I don't think I can move beyond it. I am going to work very hard to try to make these pants work. Any and all suggestions will be appreciated and needed!

Yes Anna, I do have all of those things...I have to work myself up to combining them with these super cool sweats! I just have to remind myself I AM awesome enough to wear these pants (this is verging on fantasy life dressing for me). I don't think I can make myself wear pumps with them, but I am going to give the booties a definite go. Thank you so much for the pins, they were very helpful. I knew I could count on you

Ease in with booties. I wouldn't be able to do the pumps, either, but booties I could do.

Missy - awesome sweatpants!! Such a fab price!! Kudos!! Do you have high top wedge sneakers? That would give you a bootie look but not be out of the "tennis shoe" aesthetic? I'd also like them with a black tank and boyfriend blazer. But the moto is just thrilling with them!!

Thanks to all, I have the day off so I am going to dig through my booties, tops, and jackets today and set aside some options to try for when the sweats come. With grey I always have a tendency to veer toward black footwear- I have a strong matchy gene that I need to overcome, I will choose a pair of saddle distressed booties, as well. Alas, no wedge sneaks, I just don't care for them. You can bet my trusty cons will make it into the mix to increase my emotional comfort

This is the most excited I've been about getting something new in awhile and I think it's because it is a little out of my comfort zone and veerign into fantasy dressing. I have yet to delve into the fluid pant zone, I'm very much a denim, trouser, legging gal, heavy on the denim!
