I'm taking a huge risk here, because I'm going to try to include pictures. Never have done that on here before, but let's see how it goes. I don't have a full length mirror (yet), so these aren't great shots, either of me or the clothes. Still, I've seen worse.

I got my first wave NAS haul today and think I have some winners! All of the jackets are XL. I'm usually a 16-18.

1. The Bernardo Silver Bomber. From the moment I slipped into this jacket, I loved it. It's so me it all but screamed my name. See if you agree. The jacket has weight and is substantial, and it's so soft! I think it's great fun, and I am so in the mood for fun this year. Keep.

2. The "Cheap as Chips" Levi's Crop Military jacket. Be honest. Can I wear this color? I would wear it with different pants than in the photo and most likely also open. I like the fit and the jacket is wonderfully well-made. I'm less sure I should be wearing anything cropped.

3. Caslon Twill Peplum Jacket. I like this. Might even love it. The jacket buttons across my bust and I can tell a smaller size would pull. The arms are a good fit. There's a bit of extra fabric around the middle, which I think is the style. I love the color. It's a thin jacket that goes with just about everything denim or casual. Most likely will wear it open.

No pictures for the rest because with my newly bionic knees I was getting tired of stepping onto and off of the step stool. Besides, these items are more straightforward.

4. EF pullover. The balsam color is lovely, the M fits like a dream, and I am keeping it. End of story.

5. Halogen Wool and Cashmere Tunic. I love the asymmetrical style and the ribbing. The fabric is substantial and I can tell it will be nice and warm for winter. The color is less light than I had hoped, but still is nice. I'm undecided. It fits well and I could easily keep it, but if I need to stay in budget, this might be a return.

6. Vans Classic Slip On Sneakers in black tweed. I usually put away my collection of Vans come fall, except for classic black perforated leather. I need new casual shoes, and these fill a hole. Keep.

I still have a few things coming, including my second pair of Paul Green booties, and a gray tunic sweater with a neckline I'm not sure I can wear. But this is the bulk of it!
