I have been back to work after a month of absence, and am so happy with my new style direction. And in class... it's a success!

My new hair is created from wearing a shorter wig on top of my shoulder length hair down. The result: a kind of two-tone short-long mullet shag which is growing on me (no pun intended). I must say the Japanese wig from Fontaine is a dream to wear, very comfy. I forget I have it on and when I catch my reflection I'm always surprised. Big hair does make the rest of you look smaller, so one has to make sure there is balance in the outfit. For instance, when before I would strive for pieces making me look more slender, I now try to find elements that will balance me in a more solid way: clunkier footwear, wider leg pants. Then of course defined waist. It's very interesting to walk around with added hair, to realize that your proportions have changed.

Here is what I wore today.
