For my birthday in January I ordered the Bass Hollis gold slipper style loafers in a 9 because I have other Bass shoes in that size.

They were *way* too small, so I exchanged them for a full size up (Shoemall makes returns very easy thankfully). The 10 was too big, so I exchanged a third time for a 9 1/2. They finally came yesterday, and they fit perfectly- but they hit my exterior bunion in a bad spot are extremely painful. It's the cut out that bothers me, so stretching isn't the answer. They will just have to go back again and maybe I can find something else to try.
I am so bummed!
