More snow. I’m tired of it. This is accumulating fast. It will cover roofs and grass. Time to get out the warm stuff and boots. It is coming down fast.

Joy, I'm in Denver and seeing it too. It keeps me from driving. I can't believe it was 63 degrees here a day or two ago. Now I'm clutching a mug of hot tea!

Here in the Sierra, we’ve been told to expect the biggest storm of the year, this coming Saturday. We might get 8 inches, but they’re forecasting up to 8 feet at the higher elevations! I assume you’ll get this storm a day or two after us…

We've been up and down too, Joy. (I'm in CT, close to the NY border.) Snow snow snow rain. Rain rain rain sun. Sun sun sun snow. Fog - you get the picture. I am a dyed in the wool lover of snow and only ever get sick of it when it persists for months on end and gets dirtier, uglier, and the plowed piles begin to ice over.

One of the biggest joys of spring here is being able to go outside without taking 10 minutes to gear up from head to toe. While the dog is going insane: But you said we were going OUTSIDE! I'm ready, why are you so slow? You PROMISED!!!

We reached 71*F today, and it is supposed to snow overnight, with morning temperature at about 17*F (with a wind chill below zero). We are having whiplash from the weather!

Same here, Echo. 74°F this afternoon. I ran in crop tights and tank top. Had the windows open at home. When we get up tomorrow, it will be 20° and snow. At least the rough storm risk is going north of us, but I hope no one gets a bad night.

Hahaha ... I don't know the fahrenheits, but we were around 15C when I got the mail midmorning, and it's going to feel like -18C by 7 this evening (actual temp around -5).

And then back around 10C for the weekend! Truly, gaslighting from Mother Nature hahaha

What Helena wrote. I did wash my heavy puffer Monday, and stored it in the basement closet today along with the puffy pants and big snow boots. Will wear the wool coats or layer lighter weight puffers if need be. Also, wore a crew neck sweater instead of the roll neck version. I think it’s the first time I’ve exposed my neck since Holloween!

The storm JAileine mentions will net us 2-3 feet, but it’s welcome because we had a weird late winter and really need that snow.

We had 80 degrees air temp 2 days ago and it dropped to 12 degrees within 14 hours, windchill went from 80 to 0 that day. Crazy....

Snowdrops seen on our walk today. 4 weeks earlier than last year (when I snapped a photo on March 28th)!

We ended up getting 14 inches of snow, over two days. I talked to someone in another part of town who got 30 inches.

More snow is predicted for the next two days. We need the moisture but we can't get out of our cul de sac. No streets are cleaned and we are on a hill. People park at the curbs so they often get slid into. Uds are swelling on some trees.
