I recently purchased this drape front Eileen Fisher dress which I think will be a major workhorse for me and pretty much wearable for all seasons. And in fact, the dress has made me fall in love with my favorite outfit formula of all time again - dress, topper, booties.

I have found on eBay the same dress in this gorgeous blue color (brand new with tags at a great price). I'm wondering if this would be a smart duplication. The color is fab and I can see wearing all seasons like the black one - great in summer on its own with sandals, etc.

I currently have fewer dresses than previously in my closet - my floral dress has been worn to bits and has been purged and I'm not feeling my body con Bailey and Bailey-esque striped tiered dresses right now. So in my closet I have the black EF drape dress, my black v-neck sheath (about to be tucked downstairs as I'm just kind of tired of the silhouette for now), my black and white Maggy London wrap dress and my ancient Jay Manuel abstract print wrap dress.

I have also taken white drapey trousers off my spring shopping list as I've decided I do not feel good in drapey trousers - too much fabric for short apple-y me.

What say you oh wise ones? or is this a waste of money given I already have the dress in black and should I be looking for something different?
