You're so sweet to think of me !

It is perfect! I'm leaning a little more toward this look , which I found in InStyle mag yesterday. I'm a little worried about veering into flight attendant territory and will be taking baby steps with this trend . And then there's the small problem of having put all of my small neck-type scarves into a donation bag a few years ago when I decided I would never be wearing them again. Ack - I have done this too many times with accessories, thinking they were done, and then wishing a year later that I had kept them .

ooh. love this. Totally agree with you - I hardly ever wear this trend because it can veer into flight attendant territory (esp with my love of pencil skirts) and I hardly ever wear it with button downs for this reason. This seems like a novel take (especially photo #2) so i will have to give this a try (though I too got rid of a lot of them a few years ago...ugh!)

@ooh is that silk (Btw I love your name!) - I don't think so! i'm petite with a short or regular length neck. I find that as long as the scarf isn't too bulky and you don't tie it too many times around, it is still wearable. I would leave the multiple-winding-around-the-neck thing to our swan-necked sisters, though

@Angie - ooh, can't wait to see that! It will look lovely with your long neck and short hair.
