For anyone who has followed this topic - Mr. A and I have gone from "we'll put the house on the market this spring" to "let's stay here a little longer."

Why? Largely two reasons:

1. We watch our target RE market pretty closely and there is nothing tempting for sale. This is unlikely to change quickly.

2. Having an accessible apartment two miles away gives us an option if one of us has to recuperate from an injury, surgery, etc.

In short, it now seems wiser to stay put for a bit.
