So I decided today that my style has moved beyond these pants. They're Bar III, bought at Macy's, 100% polyester. Size medium
They're the slouchy patterned pant trend. There is pleating at the waist, it's elastic with black ribbon tie. The pattern has trees, pairs and capitol like buildings.
