I like the idea of slouchy pants in general, but the waist band construction on those particular ones looks a bit of to me. I prefer something like this:
I like the shopbop styles that Tanya posted. Also, I got a really cool pair on sale at revolveclothing.com, but they are gone now. I'll post a pic of mine when they're back from the tailor.
Another place to try is asos.com - they have a lot of slouch pants (they're sometimes called carrot pants, I think if they taper?).
