Slouchy cargos?

I saw these at Target and was intrigued (mainly because they look comfy).http://m.target.com/p/xhilarat.....next-image

Do these fit in with the slouchy trend? And how would a pant like that be styled? Just curious, not ready to buy. The trend is too new for me.

Well we'd have to see them on you, but just from the photo, I'm gonna have to give an honest, tough-love reply of NO, these don't really go with the slouchy trend. They are too casual, more along the lines of lounge wear..I don't think they are fashionable enough to pass as fashion. Sorry

I am no expert, but these look like they have that slouchy vibe. Rayon fabric drapes nicely and often has a silky hand to it. I say give it a try. April is right in that it might be very nice as part of Angie's suggested olive/pink ensemble.

Ooh, conflicting opinions! To be honest they would be far too long on me anyway unless I got them hemmed, but I hate paying for alterations on super cheap items. I will wait for a petite version to show up somewhere. I do like the idea of the pants but I think they are too pajama-esque for me.

Isn't it funny how we feel that way -- I do it too. "This was inexpensive, so I don't want to pay to have it altered." When we've paid more, we're willing to pay more still to get it just right.

I looked at these again and see that they're actually quite long and less tapered when viewed on a model. Hmm. That's a slightly different vibe than the "silky track pants" looks, isn't it.

Still, I would try them. I may try them.

I think they are worth a try as well. Hemming the bottoms would be quite easy if they are too long. Nothing ventured...

My first instinct was "not to my taste" but then when I looked on the model ... I think they would be great for a hot day with a tank or something else slim-fitting?

They are rayon and certainly look comfy. But anything other than jeans and dress pants are out of my comfort zone!
