I definitely do slips in the winter....maybe that is why I don't wear skirts so much in the winter...hmmmmm. Even with my lined skirts, dresses there is just so much static. In a pinch, I use hair spray ( though it is terrible for the clothing fibers ).
AJ - I love the idea of the longer pettipants. I have never seen them anywhere except the Vermont Country Store. The shorter ones, around here, are called "tap pants". And every once in a while, I wear a pair with a skirt in the summer for a little extra coverage if the skirt is a little see through in direct sunlight.
Though I gotta tell you, my husband would love those frilly ones....particularly in red ( I am blushing ). Thanks for the marriage help, AJ ! ; )
