I had pretty much given up on ever having a pair of slip-on sneakers. I ordered, tried on, and returned so many pairs. All kinds of brands from very spendy ones to Cons. No go. If they didn't out-and-out hurt my fussy tender feet, I'd walk right out of them. I decided the heck with it. I didn't need them. Boo hoo,

Tuesday, I went into Old Navy to return a few things before my 45 day window ran out. I picked up a couple of tees and things. Nothing that had to be tried on because I'm still recovering from shingles. Yes, really. Gah! I'm pretty sure I'm not contagious at this point, but discretion being the better part of valor, blah, blah, blah. As I was passing the shoes (read: I almost tripped over the display. Literally.), I saw slip-ons in a leopard print. Cheapie ones, but really quite cute. For some reason, I decided to try them on. The shingles are NOT anywhere near my feet. Amazingly, they fit. On sale for $14.97 minus 10% for the first Tuesday of the month, minus rewards, I think they ended up being around 8 bucks. They won't last long. Who cares?!

I can't put them in my finds because I'm on my iPad, but here's the link:

I ordered a pair in black, too. I have slip-ons now. Just in time for transitional weather. Yay!

ETA: Fit info - They seem to have a roomy toe box with a fairly narrow heel. They run large in length and don't come in half sizes. I normally wear a 9.5 and sized down to a 9, which was perfect for me.
