So I tried to scrunch the sleeves of my denim jacket like Angie, with one big roll up and turning the cuffs down. The left sleeve was fine, but the right sleeve kept falling down, probably because I am right-handed. I was at work, and the stapler was sitting right there on my desk. . . . So I gave in and stapled it at the top of the first roll, right under the top of the turned-down cuff. It works really well! I highly recommend it. Probably only with denim, though.
